Arrested Development is an American hip hop group that formed in Atlanta in 1988. The group's music primarily incorporates hip hop, soul, and blues elements, and their lyrics often tackle issues of social justice. The band, led by Speech and Headliner, gained critical acclaim with their debut album "3 Years, 5 Months and 2 Days in the Life Of..." which produced the hit singles "Tennessee," "People Everyday," and "Mr. Wendal."
