Billy Bland

Billy Bland was an American singer and songwriter of the R&B and doo-wop genres, active predominantly in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Bland is most recognized for his 1960 hit, "Let the Little Girl Dance," which became a Top Ten hit on the Billboard Hot 100. His style was characterized by soulful vocals and catchy, rhythmic melodies, heavily influenced by the popular R&B and pop sounds of his era. Despite his relatively brief recording career, Bland made a significant contribution to the R&B music scene of his time.
