Bloodrock

Bloodrock is an American hard rock band that was active during the early 1970s. Their musical style is characterized by heavy guitar riffs and dark lyrical themes, often associated with the emerging genre of progressive rock. Notable members included drummer Rick Cobb and vocalist Jim Rutledge, who contributed significantly to the band's distinctive sound. One of their most influential works is "D.O.A.", a controversial track that achieved significant commercial success despite its graphic content. Their contributions to the early hard rock scene have solidified their place in music history.
