Bob & Gene featuring The Inversions is a collaborative project that melds vintage soul with reggae influences. The core members are Bob Nunn and Eugene Coplin, originating from Buffalo, New York, who began their musical journey in the 1960s with their label Mo Do Records. Their 2017 release, "If This World Were Mine," reimagines their original songs with a reggae twist, courtesy of The Inversions, a band directed by Victor Axelrod, aka Ticklah. This unique fusion of styles contributes to the refreshing interpretation of classic soul and reggae.
