Brother Cane is an American rock band that emerged during the 1990s, characterized by their Southern rock and hard rock style. Formed in Birmingham, Alabama, the group was led by singer and guitarist Damon Johnson, who later played with Alice Cooper. They achieved mainstream success with their singles "Got No Shame" and "And Fools Shine On", the latter of which was featured in the soundtrack for the film "Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers". Despite their relatively brief period of activity, Brother Cane's fusion of gritty rock and melody left a notable imprint on the 90s rock scene.
