Climax was an American band formed in 1970, best known for their soft rock and pop style. The group gained recognition for their hit single "Precious and Few", which peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1972. Notable band member, vocalist Sonny Geraci, previously of the Outsiders, was instrumental in defining the band's unique sound. Although their commercial success was brief, Climax made a distinct impact on the early 70s music scene with their melodic tunes and emotive lyrics.
