Israelites/ My Precious World (The Man)

Viewed as a novelty single when it hit the charts in 1969, "Israelites" proved to be one of the most enduring pure Reggae classics and as a groundbreaker that opened the doors to the Jamaican music in the U.S. The track is the work of legendary Reggae producer Leslie Kong. By the way, the writer credited as "Dacris" is Desmond Dekker. I believe the B side is a non-album cut. Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage Uni Records factory sleeve. It grades very close to Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
