Dora Hall

Dora Hall was an American singer and actress who gained recognition in the mid-20th century. Despite not having a significant mainstream music career, she was notable for her persistent attempts to establish herself in the industry and for her records being frequently given away for free with purchases from her husband's company, Solo Cup. Her style was rooted in traditional pop and adult contemporary music, often covering popular songs of the day. She is perhaps best known for her cover of "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'," and her television special, "Dora Hall's Salute to America."
