This is a new, unplayed Stereo/Stereo promo copy, in its original picture sleeve. This promo has the "Gale/Warnings Edit" version. Since there was no album at the time, this "Edit" refers to the longer 12-inch single version (5:18). A remix of this song eventually made to LP in 1992, on their only album.
