Earl Gaines

Earl Gaines was an American blues and soul singer known for his distinctive, deep voice and expressive style. Born in Alabama in 1935, Gaines started his career in the 1950s singing lead with Louis Brooks and his Hi-Toppers, where he had his biggest hit, "It's Love Baby (24 Hours a Day)". Although his music didn't achieve mainstream popularity, Gaines made a significant contribution to the development of blues and soul music, particularly noted for his powerful delivery and emotional depth. His 1998 album, "Everything's Gonna Be Alright," is considered one of his most influential works.
