Elephant's Memory

Elephant's Memory was an American rock band formed in New York City in the late 1960s, known for their genre-blending style that incorporated elements of rock, psychedelia, punk, and jazz. The band gained significant recognition when they were selected by John Lennon and Yoko Ono to serve as their backing band during the early 1970s. Notable band members include Stan Bronstein and Rick Frank. Their most influential work is arguably their self-titled album, "Elephant's Memory," produced by Lennon and Ono. Despite their fluctuating commercial success, Elephant's Memory made a significant impact on the music of the era, particularly within the counterculture movement.
