The Detroit-based band is best known for their distinctive psychedelic blues sound, heavy guitar riffs, and their innovative rendition of "The House of the Rising Sun," which reached the top 10 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. Frijid Pink's original lineup included notable members such as Tom Beaudry (aka Kelly Green), Gary Ray Thompson, Richard Stevers, Larry Zelanka, and Tom Harris.
