Giuffria was an American rock band formed in 1983 by keyboardist Gregg Giuffria after his departure from the band Angel. Known for their melodic hard rock, Giuffria enjoyed moderate success during the mid-1980s with hits like "Call to the Heart". The band was notably home to vocalist David Glen Eisley and bassist Chuck Wright, who would later join the renowned group Quiet Riot. Despite their brief existence, ending in 1987, Giuffria's influence can be seen in the development of the glam metal genre.
