This 4-song EP generated two chart hits — "Wendy" and the group's version of "Little Honda," a Brian Wilson tune that had been a hit for the Hondells. BTW, it's "Wendy" that's included on Dave Marsh's Top 1,001 singles list. Besides those two tunes, the EP includes "Don't Back Down" by Brian Wilson and a cover of Pomus-Shuman's doo-wop classic, "Hushabye." Note: This copy comes in a vintage Capitol Records factory sleeve (not the picture sleeve that came with some copies). The labels grade Near Mint, reflecting some faint wear on each label (see scan). The vinyl is lightly scuffed, grading a strong EX, and the audio sounds about the same — strong and undistorted but with occasional light surface noise.
