This is a beautifully produced U.K. reissue of Kool Kat 1001, a very rare Detroit soul single that you can't touch for less than $2-$3,000 these days. Why is it so valuable? Well, besides having a very cool label (who cares about that anyway?), this single is blessed with two great, stompin' dance numbers. The A side gets all the glory--Kev Roberts lists it at #417 in his Top 500 Northern Soul list--but I swear the B side is just as good! The reissue has a small hole and comes with a matching factory sleeve.
