Big Boss Man/ Don't Catch The Dog's Bone

This is a new, unplayed promo copy from the Louise Neal 45 Collection. The A side is an astonishingly creative and powerful Deep Soul remake of the Jimmy Reed blues classic, with a rhythm section so hot it'll burn your feet if you don't do something about it! Seriously fine Soul! (Have a listen to the mp3 snippet I've added to our "jukebox" to see what I mean!) The B side, written by Erma's "other" sister Carolyn, tones the A side fever down to a low boil... another worthy performance. Note: These copies (Louise Neal got two that I've found so far) have labels that, while not perfect, look brand new; I'm grading them Mint. The vinyl looks untouched with no storage wear to speak of. I'm grading it Near Mint, however, because the copy I cleaned and tested isn't perfectly flat (almost close enough for Mint, because 45s are rarely perfectly flat... it's a matter of degree). The grooves blessedly preserve pristine Mint audio, both sides!
