As an interesting point of trivia, this important British band — like The Who — failed to make a splash on this side of the Atlantic in The Beatles' wake. While "Bus Stop" was the group's first U.S. Top 10 hit, they had already scored 11 Top 40 hits in the U.K., eight of which reached the U.K. Top 10! Here, only one of their previous singles — "Look Through Any Window" had cracked the U.S. Top 40.
