This is the rarer first issue, when 'Don't Be Cruel' was given top billing on the picture sleeve. Note: The 45 record itself grades very close to Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio). The picture sleeve is nearly flawless, with perhaps a touch of top-edge wear.
