Halfway To Where/ Time Hasn't Changed Her

OK... well, I finally found a tribute site to this obscure U.K. group. Turns out they developed from an Irish tradition of "show bands" into a formidable position as a top act in the pop genre we call today Sunshine Pop. This little single was a top 10 hit in their homeland, and it has a dynamite B side as well. The A side is a killer Sunshine pop number reminiscent of Jefferson, while the flip sounds like nothing but the Beatles at their tunefully poppiest. If you're a fan of this kind of pop, you'll definitely want this one in your collection! Certainly, here's one guy who's gonna be looking for the band's other few singles... Check out this Freshmen tribute page for more details. Note: The record edge of this copy has a small chip that doesn't affect play.
