I Don't Want To Lose You/ I Need To Be Needed

This is an original stock copy from the Louise Neal 45 Collection. Mancha had two chart singles on Detroit's Groovesville label in the mid-1960s, and this is one of them. Besides a fine mid-tempo A side, the single features a terrific Motown-style number on the flip. Note: This 45 is among those in the Neal collection that she may have actually played, and which apparently spent some of their life outside a protective sleeve. In this case, the labels grade a strong EX, reflecting a promo sticker and two "X" marks on the A label, as well as light ringwear (see scan of the B side). The vinyl also grades EX, reflecting some light scuffing. Fortunately, the audio remains Near Mint, with just occasional light surface noise to detract.
