Originally released on Atlantic 2114. This was Soloman Burke's breakthrough hit, and became an essential classic in the history of rock 'n' soul. The flip is a terrific, uptempo rock'n'roll track. This copy, on the same catalog number as the original, is an early Atlantic Oldies issue, on the gold/black Atlantic label design. The label makes no mention of Warner Bros., so this was probably released before WB bought Atlantic/Atco in 1968.
