Let It Rock/ Too Pooped To Pop

This is a stock copy from the Louise Neal collection. "Let It Rock," the originally intended A side of this two-hit single, is the side honored by Dave Marsh, who pegs the song at #554 in his list of the 1,001 greatest 45s. Still, "Pooped" became the bigger hit, and also is the side that got airplay in the Black/RnB market. In all my years of collecting, this is the first time I've had both songs together as originally released! Note: This rarely seen Chuck Berry 45 is among those in the Neal collection that she may have actually played, and which sadly spent some of their life outside a protective sleeve. The 45s in this category may have more noticeable storage wear (ringwear and scuffs/scratches), and the audio may not be pristine due to imperfect grooves. In this case, the labels are a strong EX, reflecting light outer-ringwear and very light color flecking from storage (see scan). The vinyl has some light storage wear and grades EX. Miraculously, and despite a few tiny scratches that look like they might impact the sound, this single yields Near Mint audio: Strong and clear, with only faint surface noise that's rarely audible (much of it sounds pristine).
