This is one of a minority of Rockabilly records that featured horn players in addition to guitar, bass & drums. But it's also in that infectious minority of Rockabilly records that celebrated fast cars... several years before songs about autos became commonplace through groups like Beach Boys or Jan & Dean. What it is: Rough and raucous music from an obscure group of brothers (they were!) recording in the less-than-state-of-the-art conditions of a small New Jersey label. Note: The B side label has a small date on it, but it has much less ringwear than the A side (see scan).
