This is a new, unplayed promo copy from the

collection, in its original Cameo/Parkway factory sleeve. The matrix numbers suggest that "Looking Back" is the A side, but this promo copy in the Louise Neal collection is clearly marked with a red stamp "Plug Side" on "Operator" (see scan), so in this case, I'm showing "Operator" as the A side. Although produced on a Philadelphia label, the dancer "Operator" sounds just like something Motown might have released in 1963. (Some collectors also refer to this sound as "Popcorn".) The lovely ballad on the flip is also a worthy destination. Note: This beautiful promo copy grades very close to Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
