This Dave Edmunds-produced track was the U.S. Rockabilly group's first hit, a big part of the early 1980s Rockabilly revival. (The group's first single, "Stray Cat Strut," didn't become a hit until re-released after "Rock This Town" proved the band's chart-worthiness.) The great B side is a non-album recording.
