No, the A side isn't one of my favorites, but this single has a surprisingly soulful, muscular B side that's a keeper (it's the B side that earns one Classic 45s star, and why it's classified as Funky Soul). It surprises me to discover that in all the years since I opened the web store in 2001, this is only the third original pressing of this single that I've run across (that was good enough to sell here). Incidentally, the A side is in the movie "Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory" starring Gene Wilder. This release mentions the singer's latest LP on the label (as most variants of this release do). Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage MGM Records factory sleeve. It grades Near Mint in all respects (Label, Vinyl, Audio).
