The Way I Want To Touch You/ Disney Girls

This was actually the duo's first single... originally appearing on Butterscotch Castle 001 in 1973. It then hopscotched to this release, on the small Joyce label from L.A. After that, the team was picked up by A&M Records, which put the song out in 1974 on 1624. None of these releases went anywhere, and it wasn't until 1975 that the tune became a big hit as a followup to their breakout smash, "Love Will Keep Us Together."
