Walkin' Down The Line/ Firelight

After his successful stint as a sunshine pop/soft rock performer, Oliver turned to folk when joining United Artists in 1970. He had one chart single (well, it "bubbled under") with a version of Gordon Lightfoot's song, "Early Morning Rain." This second single in the same vein didn't go anywhere, and Oliver was never heard from again (on the U.S. pop charts anyway).
