This reissue features a pair rockabilly-style singles Jones released in 1959, both of which made rare appearances on the Hot 100 pop chart as well as being big country hits. Incidentally, "White Lightning" was written and originally recorded by the Big Bopper, who had just died in that fateful plane crash the month before Jones released his version.
