Here's a beautiful reissue of this 1950 Country classic, which stayed at #1 for an incredible 21 weeks—almost half a year! It was Snow's second single. Because RCA invented and heavily promoted the 45 rpm, 7-inch format, beginning in 1949, this was also one of the first 45s available on the market. The label credits "Hank Snow (The Singing Ranger) and his Rainbow Ranch Boys." Also, there was no LP at the time, making this a non-album single.
