She's Gone/ Here I Am

This is a new, unplayed stock copy from the Louise Neal collection, in its original Chess/Checker/Cadet factory sleeve. Especially when listening to the popular B side, "Here I Am," it's easy to hear why some Northern Soul fans claim this one as their own, while fans of Deep Soul make equally valid claims. Whatever you call it, the B side chugs along with a crisp, tight rhythm section that will definitely set toes tapping. :-) The A side has its own appeals as well, so I expect to record both sides before these disappear from the shop. In fact, I liked "Here I Am" so much I made a brief mp3 snippet of it  have a listen! Note: These beautiful (previously) unplayed copies aren't flawless, but they have no noteworthy flaws, grading Mint in every respect (Labels, Vinyl, Audio). The vinyl has some inherent, faint surface noise, but the only time I heard it below the music was about 3 brief moments near the beginning of the A side. In our book (read our Grading Standards), that's close enough to perfect to qualify as Mint (especially since Mint also means "New, like new," which these certainly are).
