This is a beautiful Mint copy of Neil Diamond's remarkable, compelling foray into soul music. I wish I knew who's playing that electric guitar lead that opens the track -- it's worth the price of admission all by itself! Of course, given the talents that put the track together, it's not surprising if the song also reminds you of Bubblegum rock or even Power Pop. What is surprising is that this classic tune wasn't a bigger hit -- it didn't even crack the Top 10 back in 1967! Collector Nerd Alert: This is the more common variant of the title that begins with "Thank"; some pressings prepend "I" to that title. Note: This 45 record has a drillhole on otherwise Mint labels, and the vinyl looks untouched. The grooves  yield absolutely flawless audio! (This scan is a representative image from our archives.)
