Theme From Cleopatra Jones/ Who Was That Lady

This was, of course, the theme song from the WB movie, Cleopatra Jones. The label credits also include "Featuring The Mainstreeters." And how about that picture sleeve, eh? Joe Simon was one of many black artists who didn't get many picture sleeves released with their 45's, and this is one of two or maybe three that exist. And no, that's not Joe on the sleeve. :-) Incidentally, one side of the sleeve is near mint, but the other has a lot of wrinkles.
