It's always inspiring to hear this one again... an amazing rock'n'roll achievement. It definitely deserves Dave Marsh's top-10 rating in his list of the 1001 greatest singles ever made, and don't forget that Rolling Stone magazine puts it in the top spot on its Top 500 list! Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage Columbia Records factory sleeve.The labels have a faint touch of ringwear (too light to show up in a scan). Although the vinyl (styrene) has some worrisome-looking light scuffs, grading a strong EX, the audio sounds pristine Mint!
