Bowie's first single from his great soul record, Young Americans, features his biggest U.S. hit and one of two that achieved the rare privilege of scoring on the Black/RnB chart too. The flip is another strong soul/funk track. Note that the A side features backing vocals by John Lennon, who was also a cowriter on the song. Note: This copy has a tan label and comes in a vintage RCA Records factory sleeve. The A label has a small sticker reading "Not For Sale."
