The flip is a terrific, very danceable instrumental. Hard to believe these sides were produced by the kings of bubblegum, and that the very funky A side was arranged and co-written by Tony Orlando... but they were! Just goes to show what I've always maintained is bubblegum's close affinity for soul music.
