The B side of this classic Stones single made a comeback in 1973, when it hit #42p in April. It's also the side that made #225 on the Marsh 1001 list. The A side sits at #488 on Marsh's list! By the way, these tracks did not appear on any contemporary Rolling Stones albums... they were previously unreleased, non-LP cuts. Two years later, the "Hot Rocks" double-album greatest hits set was released, and it included "Honky Tonk Women" plus a greatly extended, 7:28 version of "You Can't Always Get..."! So this 1969 version, as well as the 1973 hit version, is a special edit of the longer recording not released on LP until 1971. Note: This 45 record has Mint labels and untouched-looking vinyl (styrene). The audio sounds close to Mint with no distortion and almost no surface noise. The picture sleeve is a beautiful specimen with a touch of top-edge wear and some small writing on the back side.
