Your Time's Gonna Come/ Things Ain't The Same

This single is a rare Ellie Greenwich production, featuring a self-penned tune on the A side. Of course, Greenwich, together with Jeff Barry, was one of the preeminent songwriters of the 1960's, with a list of credits way too long to show here. If you're interested, check out this list on Greenwich's website. Suffice it to say that it's hard to imagine 1960's music--particularly early 1960's-- without her contributions. These tracks, though, are definitely not girl group pop! Greenwich also helped out some garage bands in the late 1960's, and this obscure group was one of them.
