From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy, in its original picture sleeve. Not for nothing did Dave Marsh put this relatively obscure Cyndi Lauper track in the top quarter of his list of the 1001 greatest singles ever made... In fact, I probably would have put one of the recordings by the Brains?the Atlanta band that first recorded it?somewhere in the list, too. It's just a really great song. And here, you get not only the studio version from Lauper's hit LP, "She's So Unusual", but you're also treated to a non-LP Live version on the flip! Lemme hear it again! FYI, the A side is an edited version of the 5:02 album cut.
