From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy, in its original picture sleeve. In 1981, the Go-Go's exploded on the scene with this catchy rocker, a groundbreaking update on the classic Girl Group sound. Though it only reached #20 on the charts, it stayed around for 30 weeks, setting the stage for their huge followup hit, "We Got The Beat." Incidentally, the back of this great picture sleeve has some dynamite head-shot photos of the five women. The B side is a non-album track. Note: Some of these copies exhibit light storage wear on the labels, which is why the Label grade is Near Mint rather than Mint.
