Angie/ Silver Train

I always love re-stocking "Angie"... it's one of my personal favorite Rolling Stones tracks. The piano part alone -- one of the most gorgeous in rock history -- is worth the price of admission, with Nicky Hopkins at the peak of his form. But the whole thing is just sublime, and Jagger gives one of his most sensitive, emotional vocals ever. This is a very rare pressing that shows "Angie" as "Side Two" on the label and "Silver Train" as "Side One" ... both in Stereo. Note: This copy comes in a vintage Atlantic-Atco Group factory sleeve. It has nearly Mint labels and untouched-looking vinyl. The audio, however, grades a strong EX to reflect very light surface noise that's occasionally audible.
