Originally released on Jamie 1104. This was Eddy's first Top 10 hit, which instantly made him a star and made Instrumental Rock a genre to be reckoned with in the late 1950s-early 1960s. Credited to "Duane Eddy and his 'twangy' guitar." This is a like-new copy of the Jamie "Golden Hits" reissue, which has "Detour" (originally the B side of "The Lonely One" in 1959) on the B side.
