Love Theme From "The Sandpiper" (The Shadow Of Your Smile)/ Cryin' Blues

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy, in its original factory sleeve. This may not have been a hit back in 1965, but it's probably the version most people associate with this particularly beautiful melody from the classic movie featuring Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. The flip is a terrific, uptempo instrumental. It's interesting to note that the label credit is to "The Tenor Sax Artistry of Eddie Harris." Note: This copy has seen some moisture during storage, causing color flecking and some fading on the labels.
