From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. Like all of the rarely seen Band of Oz singles, this one features a dynamite Northern Soul-style dancer, this one celebrating the dance "The Shag," which is, of course, the dance of choice in the Carolinas, where they call this "Beach Music". :-) This was the group's breakout single in the South.
