This is a new, unplayed promo copy, in its original picture sleeve (designed for promo only... see scan). The B side is an instrumental version. This recording was unearthed by Motown after the singer's death in 1984 and culled from an album titled "Motown Remembers Marvin Gaye." The picture sleeve has the full song lyrics printed on the back. The label indicates that this 3:58 version is edited from a longer album cut.
