Fading Away/ Is This Goodby

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. I could find absolutely no information about this soul group from my various sources... But this is an excellent cover of the tune that appeared on the B side of Bobby Taylor & the Vancouvers' 1968 hit, "Does Your Mama Know About Me." I assume this is a late 1960's or early 1970's recording on an obscure little label which, judging from my source for it, would have been located in Michigan somewhere.
