Pac-Man Fever/ Froggy's Lament

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy of the Italian issue (large hole), in its original picture sleeve. The U.S. issue was on Columbia 02673 and had neither a picture sleeve nor a B side (well, the B side was just the instrumental background).
