Wildwood Weed/ The Last Chant

This song really speaks to a time, doesn't it? In the early 1970s, it looked like we might just be ready to begin legalizing — or at least decriminalizing — the "wildwood flower." But then came the 1980s and the war on drugs, and it would be another 30 years before real headway began again. Of course, if you're opposed to pot legalization, you can still enjoy Jim Stafford's timeless poking-of-fun at its effects. :-) Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage MGM Records factory sleeve. It grades very close to Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio). (This scan is a representative image from our archives.)
