Angie/ Its Gonna Be Too Late

Here's a beautiful copy of this rare Northern Soul single from 1965. The A-side ballad is OK, but it's the flip that really gets you going! I really love the tag line on the label, which tells us that Nippy Hawkins & company are "The Nations Most Promising Group." Since they only made this one 45, it's fair to ask who was making that promise. :-) But needless to say, they haven't been forgotten!
