Countdown (Here I Come) / A Little Togetherness

Originally released on Canterbury 504. This group's sound has been so popular in the U.K. northern soul clubs that they have two singles in Kev Roberts' top 500 list, and this terrific reissue (with a small hole) gives you both of them! The cool factoid here is that the single on this side was originally credited to "The Tempos", but the song on the flip of this reissue was originally credited to "The Younghearts". Both were on the same small label, and I guess the owners wanted to give the impression they had more groups in their roster than they really did! LOL! I can think of a lot of reasons why that was a bad idea, but they were certainly not alone in making errors marketing their artists back then. :-)
